YJTKK Series Three-Phase High-Voltage Variable-Frequency Asynchronous Motors (10 kV) – Overview The YJTKK series 6 kV high-voltage variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous motors are squirrel-cage rotor asynchronous motors. The protection class of this motor series is IP44 or IP54, and the cooling method is IC611. This series of variable-frequency motors offers advantages including high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, low vibration, light weight, reliable performance, and convenient installation and maintenance. These variable-frequency motors can drive various types of machinery and are widely applied in compressors, machine tools, pumps, fans, mixers, conveyors, agricultural equipment, food processing machinery, as well as in power plants, building materials, aerospace, marine, and other high-tech industries. The YJTKK series 6 kV high-voltage variable-frequency three-phase asynchronous motors feature structural and mounting configuration IMB3. The duty rating is continuous duty (S1), with a rated frequency of 50 Hz and a rated voltage of 6 kV. Other voltage ratings or special requirements may be jointly agreed upon with the customer at the time of ordering. The motors employ Class F insulation, but temperature rise is evaluated per Class B standards. Load noise is subject to evaluation. Motors with frame sizes H280–H1000 are equipped with grease injection and drainage devices. When viewed from the drive-end shaft extension, 2-pole motors rotate clockwise. If counterclockwise rotation is required, it must be explicitly specified when placing the order. YJTKK Series Three-Phase High-Voltage Variable-Frequency Asynchronous Motors (10 kV) – Operating Conditions 1. Altitude: not exceeding 1,000 m. 2. Ambient air temperature: varies with season, but does not exceed 40 °C, nor fall below –15 °C. 3. Maximum average relative humidity in the wettest month: 90 %, provided that the average minimum temperature in that month does not exceed 25 °C. When placing an order, specify the motor model, power rating, speed control range, voltage, frequency, noise level, and mounting configuration. If no noise level is specified, motors will be supplied per Noise Level Class 2. 2. For any special requirements, clearly state them in the contract and contact the manufacturer in advance.
