Structural Features of the YXKS Series High-Efficiency High-Voltage Motors

This series adopts a box-type external design, with the frame fabricated from welded steel plates—ensuring high rigidity and low weight. Optimized structural design further enhances ease of installation and maintenance.

Stator and rotor laminations are punched from low-loss non-oriented cold-rolled silicon steel sheets.

The stator employs an outer-pressure assembly structure. Stator windings use Class F insulation materials; coil end sections are securely bound and fixed. After completion of coil end connections, inter-turn impulse voltage testing is performed, followed by vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) with solvent-free varnish.

Squirrel-cage rotors are available in either die-cast aluminum or copper-bar configurations, manufactured using reliable die-casting or welding processes and dynamically balanced—ensuring smooth, stable, and dependable motor operation.

Bearings are available in either rolling bearing or sliding bearing configurations, selected based on motor power rating, operating conditions, and speed.
