Product Introduction

The YVFE4 series high-efficiency variable-frequency speed-control three-phase induction motors are derived from the YE4 series motors and comply with GB 755-2008 “Rotating Electrical Machines – Ratings and Performance.” The cooling method is IC416. Their efficiency meets the Level 1 energy-efficiency standard specified in GB 18613-2012 and aligns with the IE4 efficiency class defined in the international standard IEC 60034-30 “Efficiency Classes for Single-Speed, Three-Phase, Cage-Induction Motors.” This series can fully replace the YJTG, YVF2, YVFE2, and YVFE3 series low-voltage variable-frequency speed-control three-phase induction motors.

The speed-control system formed by this series of high-efficiency variable-frequency speed-control three-phase induction motors paired with frequency converters offers significant energy savings, superior speed-control performance, and a wide speed-control range compared to other speed-control methods. It features low noise, low vibration, and compatibility with variable-frequency drives (VFDs) from both domestic and international manufacturers.
