SIMO JR1512-8-630 kW-10000 V Wound-Rotor Three-Phase Asynchronous Motor Product Overview:

The JR-series motors are wound-rotor three-phase asynchronous motors designed in accordance with standard JB563-64 technical specifications. They can drive various machines—such as fans, compressors, pumps, crushers, ball mills, cutting machinery, transport machinery, and other equipment—for use in coal mines, the machinery industry, power plants, and diverse industrial and mining enterprises.

JR motors are rated for continuous duty (S1). The rated frequency is 50 Hz; rated voltages include 220/380 V, 380 V, 3000 V, and 6000 V, and custom designs for 3300 V or 10000 V are available upon request.

The enclosure protection level of this motor series is IP23; the cooling method is IC01. Motors are typically configured in IMB3 mounting arrangement, but tower-type mounting can be provided per customer requirements.

JR-series motors may operate at rated power under the following environmental conditions:

1. Altitude not exceeding 1000 m

2. Ambient temperature ranging from –15 °C to a seasonal maximum not exceeding 40 °C

3. Clean indoor air, free from corrosive gases such as acids or alkalis; operation is prohibited in environments containing explosive gases or excessive dust

4. Maximum average relative humidity of 90% in the most humid month, with the average minimum temperature in that month not exceeding 25 °C

At rated voltage, the ratio of maximum torque to rated torque for JR motors must exceed 1.8

When starting, JR-series motors require a starting resistor pre-connected into the rotor circuit; direct short-circuiting of the rotor winding is prohibited.
