News: From January 10–11, 2019, Xi’an Tefu SIMO Motor held its annual conference for outstanding SIMO Motor distributors at the OCT East Spring Hot Spring Hotel in Lintong. SIMO Motor General Manager Yang Tianli delivered the opening speech, expressing gratitude to all distributors for their support of SIMO Motor’s development and highlighting that, together, they achieved a historic breakthrough in sales performance in 2018—annual sales exceeding RMB 800 million. 2018 was an extraordinary year, especially impacted by national environmental protection policies and related governance measures. The company proactively implemented effective countermeasures, overcame all difficulties, prioritized order acquisition, strengthened internal refined management, fully mobilized employee enthusiasm, and launched a vigorous “Guarantee Orders & Deliveries” campaign—thus ensuring comprehensive achievement of corporate operational targets. Mr. Yang also pointed out existing shortcomings and gaps in our work, and specifically outlined six expectations and requirements for 2019: (1) Face the new challenges of 2019 with heightened urgency and responsibility; plan and target work systematically—never fight unprepared battles; (2) Fully leverage and utilize the SIMO platform to demonstrate your own value, while strictly adhering to the company’s unified pricing policy; (3) Enhance incentive mechanisms, implement merit-based selection and elimination, and strengthen monthly and quarterly performance evaluations; (4) Safeguard the SIMO brand—firmly oppose and severely punish the production and sale of counterfeit SIMO motors; (5) Leverage after-sales service functions to extend product service coverage; (6) Improve internal service quality, continuously refine workflows, and provide comprehensive, frontline market-sales support—working together to fully achieve the 2019 goals and targets!
