I. Overview of the YRKK Series 6 kV High-Voltage Motors (6000 V)　

The YRKK series high-voltage three-phase induction motors (frame sizes 355–1000) are the latest products developed by our factory, featuring rational structure and advanced manufacturing processes. They offer advantages including high efficiency, energy savings, low noise, minimal vibration, reliable operation, and convenient installation and maintenance. Motor power ratings, mounting dimensions, and electrical performance comply with China’s national standard GB755-2000 “Rotating Electrical Machines – Ratings and Performance”, relevant IEC standards, and industry standard JB/T10314.2-2002… The basic mounting configuration is horizontal with foot mounting (IMB3), and the duty type is continuous duty (S1).

II. Structure of the YRKK Series 6 kV High-Voltage Motors (6000 V)　　

The motor adopts a box-type structure. The frame is fabricated from welded steel plates—lightweight yet highly rigid. A closed air-to-air cooler is mounted on the motor top, facilitating easy removal and installation, thereby simplifying motor maintenance and repair. The slip-ring cover features an observation window for monitoring operational status. The stator employs an external press-fitting structure; the stator winding uses Class F insulation material, with reliable end-winding fixation and banding. During manufacturing, the winding undergoes multiple inter-turn impulse voltage tests and withstand voltage tests to ground. Furthermore, vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) with solvent-free varnish—utilizing advanced foreign equipment and processes—is applied. Consequently, the motor exhibits excellent and reliable insulation performance, superior mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance.

The wound rotor employs Class F insulation material.　

Bearings are available in either rolling or sliding types, selected based on motor power rating and speed. The motor’s rated supply frequency is 50 Hz, and its rated voltage is 6000 V. The basic enclosure protection level is IP44. Upon agreement, the collector ring housing protection level may be IP22 or IP23. Motors with other voltages, frequencies, or protection levels can also be supplied per customer requirements. These motors are suitable for driving various machinery—including compressors, pumps, crushers, machine tools, transport equipment, and other mechanical systems—and serve as prime movers in diverse industrial applications such as mining, machinery manufacturing, petrochemicals, and power generation plants. For applications driving blowers, coal mills, rolling mills, or hoists, customers must specify the intended use and technical requirements when ordering, enabling special design provisions to ensure reliable operation.
