II. Structure of the YRKK Series 6 kV High-Voltage Motors (6000 V) The motor adopts a box-type construction. The frame is fabricated from welded steel plates—lightweight yet highly rigid. A closed air-to-air cooler is mounted on top, facilitating easy removal/installation and simplifying motor maintenance and repair. The slip-ring cover features an observation window for monitoring operational status. The stator employs an external pressure-fit assembly. Stator windings use Class F insulation materials; winding ends are securely fixed and bound. During manufacturing, windings undergo repeated inter-turn impulse voltage tests and ground insulation withstand voltage tests. Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) with solvent-free varnish—using advanced foreign equipment and processes—is applied, ensuring excellent, reliable insulation performance, superior mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance. The wound rotor also uses Class F insulation materials. Bearings are available in either rolling or sliding types, selected based on motor power rating and speed. Rated supply frequency is 50 Hz; rated voltage is 6000 V. Standard protection class is IP44. Upon agreement, the collector ring housing protection class may be IP22 or IP23. Motors with other voltages, frequencies, or protection classes are available per customer order.
