The stator employs an external press-fitting construction. Stator windings use Class F insulation materials, with reliable end-winding fixation and banding. During manufacturing, windings undergo multiple inter-turn impulse voltage tests and dielectric strength tests to ground. Furthermore, advanced foreign vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) equipment and solvent-free varnish processes are applied. Consequently, the motor exhibits excellent and reliable insulation performance, superior mechanical strength, and strong moisture resistance. The wound rotor also uses Class F insulation materials. Bearings are available in either rolling or sliding types, selected based on motor power rating and speed. Rated supply frequency is 50 Hz; rated voltage is 6,000 V. The basic protection class is IP44. Upon agreement, the collector ring housing protection class may be IP22 or IP23.
